Status: Cedergren Renovations LLC holds Minnesota Construction Contractor Registration #IR817146, issued July 20, 2026 and expiring December 31, 2027. Construction contractor registration is not the same as a Minnesota residential building contractor or residential remodeler license.
Load-bearing wall changes, beam alterations and other engineered structural work require project-specific plans, permits and contractor coordination before acceptance.
Direct homeowner contracts are limited to carpentry services. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, excavation, insulation, flooring, tile, painting, cabinet installation and drywall taping or finishing are not included in direct homeowner carpentry contracts.
Projects involving multiple construction trades are typically part of a larger contractor-directed renovation. Cedergren Renovations can provide the carpentry portion of those projects as a subcontractor.
