These Terms of Use govern your use of cedergrenrenovations.com, operated by Cedergren Renovations LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about our services, past projects, project screening, and contractor support. Website information may change without notice and may not always reflect our current pricing, availability, or scope.
2. No Contract Created by Website Use
Viewing this website, submitting a form, sending photographs, requesting project screening, or communicating with us by email or text does not create a construction contract, a subcontract, a partnership, an employment relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any obligation on our part to accept a project. A project is accepted only through a separate written estimate, agreement, work order, or subcontract approved by the appropriate parties. If a signed project document conflicts with information on this website, the signed project document controls.
3. Project Screening and Estimates
Submitting our project-screening form is a request for screening, not a guaranteed estimate, appointment, start date, price, or acceptance of your project. We may request additional information, and projects may be declined or referred elsewhere. Prices, labor blocks, service descriptions, and timeframes on this website are general unless incorporated into a written project document. Site conditions, dimensions, access, materials, concealed damage, code issues, permits, travel, disposal, and market prices may affect the price or availability of a project.
4. Registration, Licensing, Insurance, and Permits
Cedergren Renovations LLC holds Minnesota Construction Contractor Registration #IR817146, expiring December 31, 2027. Construction contractor registration is not the same as a Minnesota Residential Building Contractor or Residential Remodeler license.
Direct homeowner contracting remains limited to work permitted under our current legal status. Work requiring another license, engineering, permits, inspection, or lead-safe certification is accepted only when the required structure and qualifications are in place.
5. User Submissions
When you submit information to us, you agree to provide accurate information and to have the authority to submit any project, property, company, contact, or photograph information you provide. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, malicious, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or technically harmful, and not to submit highly sensitive financial, identity, credential, or medical information. Submitted project information and photographs may be used internally to evaluate and administer your request. Any public marketing use of your project information or photographs requires your separate permission where applicable.
6. Communications
Submitting our project-screening form and checking the consent box authorizes us to contact you by telephone, text, or email about your project request. This is not consent to unrelated automated marketing. Message and data rates may apply to text communications.
7. Intellectual Property
Original branding, website text, layout, graphics, logos, and photographs on this website are owned by or licensed to Cedergren Renovations LLC unless otherwise stated. You may view and print this website for reasonable personal use. You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape, impersonate, modify, or commercially exploit this website's content without our authorization.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
This website may reference or link to third-party services. The content, availability, pricing, security, privacy, and performance of those services are controlled by those third parties, and a link does not necessarily constitute our endorsement.
